Great supplement for hair, skin, joints
I originally bought this to use as a protein powder, since I can't consume dairy and other dairy free protein powders I had tried had a strong, unpleasant taste. This powder mixes easily into coffee, but there is definitely a taste. I think 3 tbsp in one cup would be borderline undrinkable, but I usually do 2 tbsp in my first cup then 1 tbsp in the next and the taste doesn't bother me (but my partner can only do 1 tbsp per cup, otherwise the taste is too strong for them).
I drink it daily and the biggest observable change after a year has been my hair growth--it's growing faster and thicker than it's ever been. Friends have noticed and they have even bought it to try. I also think my skin has benefitted, and my knees hurt less from exercise. It is expensive, but I find it worth it, it's the only protein powder I've been able to use consistently.

I don't understand about why people complain about not having a scoop. It's not that big of a deal to use a spoon or buy a metal scoop. The reason I initially tried this brand was the plastic free packaging! The quality and consistency are perfect as well! Love the product and the new packaging ♥️
So far so good! I am thrilled that you changed the packaging for your product. Last summer I specifically ordered 6mos worth from another company simply because of your plastic container packaging. I’ve read several negative reviews about the new packaging and it is different but once you get one open successfully, it’s super easy. Maybe you should shoot a quick video with a demo of how to open these containers and tie it to a QR code that accompanies the order.

Glad I gave this a try.
I am a first time user. I like the packaging. However a little more instruction on opening it would have been helpful, perhaps pictures! I got the unflavored and really like the way it dissolved in my morning coffee. I need to get more protein in each day and this works great.
