Helped with shoulder injury!

Great for runners
I had been having so much knee pain with or without running. Started taking 4 of these pills a day and I no longer have any knee pain. I feel so strong on my runs as well. Highly recommend this for athletes or people who have minor aches and pain. After 5 days I felt pain free! The collagen water is also good as well. Works like a charm!
I subscribed to these pills a few months ago. After using them for a couple months, I noticed hat my knees weren't cracking when I walked up and down stairs. And when I run, my knees don't get sore any longer. Yay!! Way to go, Vital Proteins. :)
