It was okay
I didn’t see much difference from the regular collagen I was already using, which I like better and works better for me because it works in coffee and this product doesn’t. I didn’t like the taste in plain water, it tasted like a funky tasting milk. I liked it in smoothies because I couldn’t really taste it. I’ll stick to the collagen powder I was already using since to me it’s better.

I often wonder: how can you tell if the supplement is doing what it says? I will say I have had better skin, and perhaps my digestion is smoother, so I am eager to see what happens over time!

I was super excited to try this product and this brand. It pretty easy to mix in with my protein shakes and it’s tasteless. I spoke to my physician about this product and she scared me a little so I stopped taking it. I do plan to do a little more research on what my physician mentioned before I totally write it off.

Same formula difficult to blend
I’ve tried the original version of this and didn’t like that I couldn’t easily blend it into water. I don’t drink coffee. While I was excited that this includes the fiber and colostrum, I had a hard time wanting to use it as it’s difficult to blend and can be clumpy in my water. I’ll use in smoothies do I don’t notice as much. Overall there’s no taste and that’s a win, but it’s a small container and won’t last long.

Great add on to my protein drink
I love being able to add all these benifits into my protein drink in the morning. It definitely works best mixed with a shaker ball and I find it best to even mix the powder in with the protein powder. My skin has felt great since starting this.
