This was a nice addition to my daily routine, but I wasn’t super impressed by it. I will say, it helped with my joint movement. I deal with a lot of locking and clicking, and it did noticeably improve those issues. I suggest using this throughout the day, because 3 tablespoons of this in one setting, can definitely alter whatever you’re taking it with. Specifically texture wise. It kind of left a grit behind, but it wasn’t super bad, but some people will definitely not like that. Overall, it’s a great add in to your health routine, but it has me wanting to try others.

This was such a great addition to my high protein meals and support to my strength training and walking. I noticed a difference in my joints and body when I didn’t use it in my protein shakes. Or add to my tea. I would use about 3 tablespoons per serving and there was a slight scent but nothing that you’ll notice. As it was mixed, it had a gelatin like texture.
